Care in the design of the interface, the physical components and the training of the professionals who will be using it.

CharlesGroup designed and fielded the Human Factors program for Aerogen. The series of formative studies conducted with respiratory therapists informed the iterative development activities as well as the instructions for use and quick-start guides, helping create a highly refined product system.

The studies, designed in compliance with US and International regulatory requirements and guide lines, helped assure a mature product will arrive in the ICU ready to save lives.
